At Rajgriham Placeo, we maintain a transparent and hassle-free refund process for all our applicants. Our policy regarding the registration amount is as follows:
The registration amount of INR 51,000/- (Rupees Fifty-One Thousand Only) is fully refundable under the following conditions:
Unsuccessful Applicants: If the applicant is not allotted a unit during the provisional allotment process.
Withdrawal of Interest: If an applicant chooses not to proceed with the booking after the provisional allotment is announced.
All eligible refunds will be processed and credited back to the applicant’s account within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the allotment result or the receipt of a written withdrawal request.
The refund shall be processed through the original mode of payment or via an approved banking channel (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque) in the name of the primary applicant only.
Any cancellation requests made after the execution of the formal allotment letter or builder-buyer agreement shall be governed by the standard terms mentioned in the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and the specific clauses of the agreement.
